Potable & Drinking Water Analysis
Our laboratories can analyse potable and drinking water samples for the indicator organisms, coliform bacteria, and Escherichia coli (E. coli), and Total Viable Count (22 and 37°C) in support of the Drinking Water Regulations (S.I. No. 122 of 2014) and 2017 (S.I. No. 464 of 2017).
Our laboratories can analyse water samples from cooling towers, evaporative condensers, hot and cold-water systems, spa pools, humidifiers, and fountains/sprinklers in accordance with National Guidelines for the Control of Legionellosis in Ireland, 2009.
Analysis of water samples as part of Legionella control, monitoring or risk assessment policies is carried out as detailed in ISO 11731:2017 “Water Quality-Enumeration of Legionella.
Our BSRIA closed system water testing analysis fully covers the standards outlined in BG 29/2021 Pre-Commission Cleaning of Pipework Systems amended 6th edition 2021.
